Sebastian is a personal trainer with 8 years of experience, but above all he is passionate about a healthy lifestyle! He specializes in strength training, functional training, body shaping and senior training. In his work, he focuses on the quality of movement, good contact, directness and motivation. 

He is also the author of several local sports projects, such as "active holidays" or "walking Saturdays". In the past, he collaborated with athletes and sports clubs. He has a lot of training and knowledge about physical recreation, nutrition, strength training or corrections and correct human movement postures. 

It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose excess body fat, return after injury, prepare for competitions or fitness tests, Sebastian will definitely help you.

Privately, his passion is also cooking, learning, traveling and all other types of physical activity, especially mountain hiking.
